Of Two Minds: Zea Mays Printmaking 11th Biennial Exhibition

Molly Paul of Concord, MA, and Susan Byrne of Keene, NH, are exhibiting together in Zea Mays Printmaking 11th Biennial Exhibition - Of Two Minds at A.P.E. Gallery in Northampton, Massachusetts, October 9–November 1. The exhibition explores relationships between artists and works of art.

Rooted in the art, architecture, history, and myths of Ireland and Ethiopia, Byrne and Paul explore connections between place, memory, and identity. Drawing on family histories and childhood experiences, each considers how belonging evolves through memory and reflection. The tactile nature of printmaking becomes a contemplative process of remembering and reconnecting, allowing personal and collective histories to emerge through repetition, texture, and layers.
